Make sure the slide nut is tightly screwed into the spray head. Look for the water supply hose connected to the sink that contains the leak.
Over time the hose that connects the water supply to the faucet in your kitchen may leak or wear out and if this happens youll need to replace it.

To repair the hose.
Water dripping off the flexible hose beneath the sink indicates a leak at the hose to spout connection the hose to spray head connection or somewhere in the hose itself.
Sometimes the leak will appear to be coming from the supply line but it is actually coming from the packing nut on the valve.
If water leaks out from under the slide nut remove the spray head and slide nut.
An inexpensive method of repairing a leaking kitchen sink rinse hose.
If leak continues disconnect hose apply plumbers joint compound or wrap plumbers joint tape around threads.
Dry off the hose with the towel.
Turn on the faucet and look for leaks around the crimp sleeve.
If the leak is coming from underneath the sink specifically where the hose is attached to the faucet one just needs to strengthen the seal without having to replace anything at all.
Turn the water on after attempting to seat the fitting.
If it still leaks you will have to install a new supply line.
Depending on your setup there may be as many as 3 hoses under your sink.
Clean out the space below the sink that contains the leaking hose.
Test if its working by turning on the water supply and using the kitchen sink sprayer.

1 14 length of brass or copper tubing of the proper diameter to snugly fit the inside of the spray hose.
