If the crack is more than you will need fiberglass mesh material for reinforcement. Repairing a fibreglass crack doesnt have to be daunting.
Use a two part polyester filler to repair the damage spreading it evenly over the drill holes and the crack with a rubber spreader.
How to fix a crack in a fiberglass tub.
Ensure that even with the putty the repair area is still flush with the rest of the surface of your bathtub.
Drill holes at either end of the crack avoiding drilling through the acrylic.
If the crack is in the bottom of the tub you may want to fill beneath the tub with expandable foam to keep it from recurring and add support to the fiberglass patch.
